Business Owners: Stop Selling, Start Building Relationships
Most business owners are focused on getting more leads. But here’s the truth: leads don’t pay the bills. Relationships do. When a lead first discovers your business, they don’t know you yet. If the first thing you do is pitch your service, chances are they’ll ignore you. Why? Because people buy from those they trust, those they feel can add value to their lives. ✅ Instead of selling right away, focus on educating, inspiring, and helping. Share tips, resources, and real value — not just offers. ✅ Build an emotional connection with your leads. When they see you as an authority who cares about their success, they naturally begin to trust you. ✅ And here’s the magic: when you finally present your product or service, your leads will feel that FOMO (fear of missing out). They won’t want to be left behind. People love to stay in trend, and when your brand becomes the “must-have,” you won’t need to push hard — they’ll line up to buy. THE FORMULA IS SIMPLE: Value → Relationship → Sales → Loyalty. If you want to dive deeper into this, I highly recommend reading Russell Brunson’s DotCom Secrets and studying email sequences. You’ll understand exactly how powerful it is to nurture leads with value first. Remember: when you build a quality, genuine relationship with your audience, you don’t just make sales you create lifelong customers who are happy to pay more because they know your worth

A german guy, Calvin Hollywood said one frace. "Business that matters goes over the Hearth of the Customer into his pocket, not other way around" he even puts loyality before sales and it works for him over 30 Years of business in many different Business types. The crowd comes with him.
Call recordings stopped — inbound & outbound affected (Germany)
Hey everyone,I’m running into a problem and I wonder if others have seen this too. Up until a few days ago, after making calls in GHL I would automatically get a recording of the conversation with the customer. But now it only shows “outbound call” — no more recording and no transcription. Some details for context: - Using GHL in the browser (always up to date). - We’re based in Germany and use a German phone number (area code 04331). - I have admin rights, but the issue looks the same regardless. - We’re on the middle plan (not SaaS mode). - The issue affects all of our sales reps, on every PC. - It applies to inbound and outbound calls alike. - Not sure which phone provider/integration is behind our number (any hint where to check this in GHL would help). - I also couldn’t find the permissions settings for call recording in the system. 👉 Small request for clarity: please post only one suggestion per comment. That way we can go through each case step by step, and it’ll be much easier for others to follow later. Thanks! 🙏

Contract emails from Payments not sending (link works)
Hi everyone, I’m seeing odd behavior with contracts in Payments (the top-level tab, not a custom workflow): - When I create & send a contract, its status becomes “Waiting on others”, but no email reaches the recipient. - If I copy the contract link and send it manually, the recipient can open & sign — however, no confirmation/final PDF gets generated once all signatures are complete. - Regular emails sent from the Contact record to the same address arrive without issues. Questions: - Is there a known issue with system contract emails in Payments? - Which settings/templates control delivery and final PDF generation for contracts? Goal: System-sent contract emails should deliver, and the final confirmation PDF should be generated automatically once all parties sign. Thanks for any pointers or workarounds!
