I am loving it, but I have to be honest the past 2 days I've had Ice cream sandwiches from Whole Foods, I walk by them everyday to get to the butcher department. They are local and the flavors I got were Birthday Cake and Banana Pudding. I immediately see a sift with in me from the non carnivore ingredients. For 4 weeks I have been doing a Coconut Cult once a week, one jar has over 400 billion probiotics in it. I can tell the ingredients in the ice cream sandwiches are bad because my body wants to get it out faster than the Coconut Cult, so at least I've learned something with my indulgence. Other than the ice cream sandwiches Ive been dairy free all year. Last month I even cut out mustard, seltzer water and pork rinds. In July Im going to only eat red meat and seafood. hahah you send me a ice cream video on the days I eat ice cream 💚. I'll check it out. Ive made Ice cream from raw milk and would like to again, Whole Foods has chocolate bone broth powder that I would like to use next time. Ive been working at Whole Foods in the Butcher department for 2 months now and love it. Hopefully I will get the next apprenticeship to be a cutter. Some nights I do cut tenderloins for fillets and turn the scraps into stew meat that I then take home, so I get tenderloin stew meat on the reg lol. How's the Carnivore life for the Howard tribe?

I am struggling with a choice I made about a month ago. I bought a new car for myself which almost double my payments and the second I drove it off the lot my whole energetic world flipped, throwing my low back, back into pain, becoming forgetful, life's colors got dimmer, it was crazy! I am planning a trip to Gabon at the end of the year and I was disappointed in myself because I thought with this dream car of mine, I had stretched myself too thin to make to Gabon. One of my positive affirmations I say to myself in the morning is "I always have enough money to suet my needs." Every morning since the new Nissan Z as I said that affirmation, in my head my thought was the Nissan Z a "want" or a "need"?? I lean more towards "want" but if my Soul could drive this is the car for him. I continue to say my positive affirmation each time with that same thought while staying positive each day standing in front of my own challenge. Just last week Nissan called me telling me we are lowering your payments (bull) and I don't have to pay until September 1 (true.) With my payments delayed for that amount of time it will give me just enough to have the funds for Gabon, thank you Creator. Since the purchase of the Dream Z I have put an energetic tone of effort into myself and people have noticed, tipping the scale of the Z back to "need." We are our own creators. The first night coming home my neighbor congratulated me me on the new and said "I leveled up" which I though was peculiar to say since those weren't my words exactly but its what I immediately started working on with myself. He could have easily said "traded up" which I feel is more common when it comes to cars. How connected are we as human beings?

Can something physical; sacred smoke, scared waters cleanse an energetic Soul as well as passion? I like connecting words and creating lines I can see being delivered from my Soul to another. I do believe physical scared smoke and water are beneficial but one can look at those as a multi tool they all come with a file and a Phillips screwdriver but a persons passion is very specific tool to that individual Soul.
