Today is my daughter’s 16th birthday and I wanted to write my first poem to her. I also thought to share it here with you all as well. Poetry helps me be creative and connected to who I really am. Little wave 🌊 The water is enlightened Moves freely and fast Energetically creating her own deep dreams She survives and cleanses She is a way of life The force of her nature Powerful and pure All of this means Katania I love you so You and I share the water and you are Little Wave to me

I was able to successfully germinate and start two beautiful little iboga baby’s.

I would love to hear what people think, believe or know what their soul it? There is so many definitions from across all religions, spiritual teaching and philosophy. The atman, the divine spark, the witness that never was born and will never die. I love hearing others speak of what they see that soul as and I will share mine as well. I see my soul akin to the Sun. It is the powder source for my body, its is the nuclear reactor deep inside animating my every thought, movement, action, word and emotion. It does not know right from wrong, does not like or dislike, there is no judgement from the my soul, it just is. The sun pours its loving light down on everything on earth, and does so if you are the hitler, or mother Teresa. My souls does that for me no matter what state I am in. It is my connection to the divine and through it I can connect to my higher self, pour that energy into my will and concur any illusion, and fear my mind creates in this amazing and beautiful gift of a world we are blessed to experience. I wake up hearing music inside me everyday, and i met my biological grandmother Emma (she passed before I was born) on the moon in my first iboga journey. I asked her for words of wisdom and she said “just dance”. Such wise and simple advice from such a beautiful woman I own my life too. If life is getting hard maybe take a minute to put on some tune and dance.
