It's been a minute but the action has kept rolling at IbogaSoul with so many wonderful and serious seekers of healing and truth in 2025. We want to use this community platform to engage deeper with everyone who's graced our temple floors and trusted the medicine on your healing journey. Mark and I have enjoyed holiday moments with our family (sending you well wishes for 2026!) I am currently travelling to Gabon, Africa with some of our core team for deeper healing, initiation and learning about the Bwiti tradition -- specifically the Missoko branch. (More on that later!) We will be hosting monthly integration calls for all past guests and unrolling new and exciting ways to be of service soon! Our first group call will be held on January 25 at 10am PST. Angel numbers are all around me. Just describing health numbers on carnivore my cholesterol is 444, high I know, having done my own research I discovered I am a Lean Mass Hyper Responder, I than called my natural path doc and immediately after telling him my cholesterol is 444 I hear "cholesterol is bullshit!" LOL. I had a CT scan this morning on my coronary arteries and my calcium score is 111 (in normal range.) Carnivore life has brought me much closer to my Soul and when I move on I would much rather do it with a belly fully of steak and a smile on my face than a stomach full of meds wearing a frown to match.
