Attached is a template copy of the Age Verification Compliance & Legal Defense Protocol (AVCLDP) AND Compliance Notice & Liability Disclaimer (CNLD) we actually use in our own business.

The AVCDLP is a great addition to use in your pitch deck as it shows professionalism and highlights your commitment to compliance and safety for the venue.

The CNLD should be posted on/near your machine with your Retail Nicotine Dealer Permit and the necessary signage (found here under Signage for Premises: https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/alcoholic-beverages-and-tobacco/regulatory-and-compliance-resources/#1494269355377-e59e63d4-8831) required at ALL FL establishments selling nicotine/tobacco products
