If you’ve been in business a while, this won’t be new. But it will remind you why brand decisions should never be random. Storytime 🔴🟠🔵⚫️⚪️ When my husband and I owned a fitness studio, we chose orange and red on purpose. Not because they were cute. But because they’re energetic, activating, heart-rate-up colors! ⚡️ You walked into the lobby and your nervous system already knew: We move here. We sweat here. We go! (Old image of our studio team) Now, my brand lives in gold, white, and black. Because I’m not trying to hype my audience up. I’m trying to position authority. 💛Gold signals value. 🤍White signals clarity. 🖤Black signals power. “Your brand is felt before it’s understood. Color decides the feeling.”

The last few days I was sitting in creative block. Work piling up, projects pending. A sick kid. Rotating care with my husband. Still trying to stay “on.” while the world is on fire. Then "Pressha" came on with my girl Jill Scott! ....And it reminded me of something I forget sometimes; I’m not one thing. I’m not one role. I’m multi-layered. This video is me reclaiming that and letting myself redirect energy, finding my creative edge instead of forcing momentum.
