Last night I took enclomiphene and it really clicked how underrated this compound is.
Most people jump straight to testosterone without understanding what they’re shutting down. Enclomiphene does the opposite — it stimulates your body to produce more of its own testosterone instead of replacing it. That’s the key difference. You’re not trading long-term function for short-term results. You’re enhancing what’s already there. When you look at the numbers, it starts to make even more sense. You can get levels into the 1000–1300 range on a very small dose, without the typical side effects people associate with testosterone cycles. No shutdown, no major estrogen issues, no complicated management. And the cost is almost nothing compared to most protocols. The interesting part is this isn’t some new experimental compound. It’s FDA approved, it’s been around, and yet it gets almost no attention. Which raises the question — how many effective solutions are ignored simply because they’re not heavily marketed? For most people, this makes more sense as a starting point than jumping straight into injections. It’s a different approach — one that focuses on increasing natural production instead of replacing it. Full video: https://youtu.be/fUeirMrNzC4?si=7bzQWU8PtniMg54H

@Chris Alexander yes that is what I have been doing for the past two months. I have been considering adding a fourth day in the week but I will wait until future labs in a month or so, because my numbers may be even higher than last time since its been a relatively short amount of time on that dose.

@Tony Huge exactly those are my thoughts as well!
Responding well to enclomephine
Enclomephine brought my Total T from 426 to 709, and free T from 9 to 17 in about 3 months. I just started on tesa/ipa, my igf1 was at 158 before, I will report back with future labs. So far enclo is working well for me.

@Hunter Ray maybe start low and slow? Thats what I did, I started at 6.25 EOD for the first month and a half then I went to 12.5 EOD. Thats being said my E was quite low when I started.
Tesamorelin/ipamorelin dosing
I am about to start on Tesamorelin and ipamorelin. I want the minimum effective dose so I will start nice and slow. I am thinking 0.5mg of tesa/0.2mg of ipa. Has anyone had great results on this dose, and does the ratio make sense? Also I keep on reading conflicting information about timing, is night or morning best?

@Tony Huge Thanks Tony. I have read of some people taking it EOD, would this make sense for compounds like tesa/ipa? Or better to stick with Monday through Friday with weekend off. Also if taking it EOD, should I take it on the days I take enclomiphene or on the days I don’t, or that doesn’t matter much? I take enclomephine on M/W/F.
Most guys aren’t lacking energy… they’re lacking control
I used to think the answer was just more caffeine. More pre-workout, more stimulation, more push. But what I started noticing was the opposite effect — I wasn’t getting sharper, I was getting scattered. Jittery, distracted, and then crashing. That’s when I started paying attention to compounds that don’t stimulate you… they stabilize you. 👉 L-Theanine This is one of those simple tools that actually makes sense. It’s not something that hits you like caffeine. You’re not going to feel a rush. What it does is take that overstimulated edge and smooth it out so you can actually focus. If you’re already using caffeine, this is where it gets interesting. Instead of feeling wired and all over the place, it helps you stay calm, locked in, and productive without that spike and crash cycle. This is more for guys who are doing real work — editing, writing, building — where you need consistent output, not just bursts of energy. 👉 So the question is simple: Do you want to feel hyped… or do you actually want to be dialed in? If you want to test it yourself, here’s the one I’ve been looking at: https://swisschems.is/product/l-theanine-powder-100-grams/ Drop your take — are you chasing stimulation or control?

I take one caffeine pill that has 200mg caffeine and 100mg L-Theanine, hits perfect.
MK-677—The Growth Hormone Secretagogue Everyone's Asking About 📈
Let's talk about MK-677 (Ibutamoren). This one's been getting a lot of attention lately, and for good reason. It's not a peptide you pin—it's an oral growth hormone secretagogue that ramps up your natural GH and IGF-1 production. In my latest video, I break it all down: -What MK-677 actually is—and how it differs from actual HGH -The benefits: Muscle growth, fat loss, recovery, and that deep sleep effect -How it works: Stimulating ghrelin receptors to boost GH pulses -Dosing & cycling: What actually works vs. what's a waste -Side effects to watch for—hunger, insulin sensitivity, and water retention -Real user results before and after The stack I like: MK-677 pairs well with Slin Pills to manage insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning. And if you're running it, expect your appetite to go through the roof—use it to grow. Watch the full breakdown here: MK-677 (Ibutamoren): Benefits, Results, Dosage & Side Effects Explained! Drop your experience below: Who's running MK-677 right now? How's your sleep? How's your hunger? And are you stacking it with anything?

@Tony Huge great info that makes sense Tony. My estradiol is also quite low so I wonder if that could explain it as well. From my understanding Estradiol helps “lubricate” the joints so you don’t want it too low. Mine was around 12 at time of testing.

@Virgil Moore I take it EOD. I am about to do my labs again this week. I don’t take anything else at the moment as I am carnivore and it gives me most of what I need. Just electrolytes here and there. About to start some peptides.
