Let’s Talk Notifications (and How to Turn Them Off)
I know Skool can feel a bit noisy when you first join. All the emails, notifications, pings… it can be a lot, and for some people it’s enough to make them avoid logging in altogether. I totally understand that, which is why I want to make it easy for you to manage what you see, what you receive, and what you don’t. If you ever feel overwhelmed, you can turn off or customise your notifications here:🔗 https://help.skool.com/article/95-how-to-manage-my-notifications And if you’re in groups you no longer want to follow, you can leave those as well so your feed stays clean and relevant. Skool should feel supportive, not stressful, so please adjust things to suit you. Let me know if you need help with any of it. 💜

Thank you @Lorene Roberts it certainly gets to much at times.
The Feel-Good Flex
Today, I’m letting myself own a win without minimising it. I’ve shown up every day. I’ve stayed extremely consistent. I’ve done the inner work, and outer work, even when it wasn’t comfortable. That matters. And yes, I’m allowed to be proud of that. Growth doesn’t always look loud, but it always counts. ✨ Your turn now, no downplaying allowed ✨ What’s one win, shift, or moment of growth you can own today, without brushing it off or adding a “but”? It can be big, small or quietly powerful. Share it here, or if you’re feeling brave, take it public. Let yourself be seen and acknowledged. You’ve earned it.

@Lorene Roberts I was planning on catching up on these tomorrow... but... I do what I do because I didn't know that I was living my life from experiencing other people's emotions and believing they were my own. I created myself based on emotions and meanings that wasn't my life. Our kids are even more sensitive to this dynamic and I believe they deserve to know so they can not be held hostage to what is not theirs, but rather know themselves as the divine essence they are free to stay connected to loving themselves. That's why. Thanks for asking x

A Fresh Start — Because We All Have “Those Weeks”
Last week was… an interesting one. I’d been away for a family history weekend with my relatives, and when I got back, I just felt .... well, funny. Not bad exactly, just a little off. A bit flat, a bit lonely, a bit lost in my own head. Normally I’m the determined, focused type, I stick to my routines, I stay on track. But last week? Nope. I didn’t feel like playing at my usual pace. I still showed up for what needed to be done, my clients, my commitments, but the things that keep me connected and moving forward, like journaling, meditating, podcasting, or writing, all quietly slipped off the list. Instead, I did other things, things I’d been putting off. And you know what? That was okay. Because what I learned is that sometimes, stepping back is part of moving forward. Allowing myself to feel the emotions, rather than push through them, gave me space for reflection. And through that reflection came clarity, about why my daily practices matter, how much they ground me, and how much I truly missed them. So here I am, ready for a new week. Recharged, refocused, and back on track. Because life isn’t about never falling off, it’s about realising you can always start again. So tell me, as we step into a new week, what are you choosing to start again, or what are you continuing that keeps you aligned with the life you want to live?

@Lorene Roberts have been doing the journalling for a couple of days as my first steps. Useful? Yes, lead to some great writing ✍️ too. Still feel it's correct direction for heart desires.. at this point anyway.
