The 12/12 Portal & A Sound Healing Track You Might Love
I came across something today that really caught my attention, a sound healing track specifically created for the 12/12 Portal, which opens tonight. Now, whether you see portals as energetic windows, symbolic moments, or simply an opportunity to pause, the timing is interesting. What stood out to me wasn’t the idea of a portal itself, but the feeling of preparation, reflection, and “calling in” energy for the next chapter. And this track is designed to support exactly that. It runs for 11 hours, 11 minutes, and 10 seconds, which means it’s perfect to play quietly in the background while you sleep or while you move through your day. It’s gentle, rhythmic, and layered in a way that helps the mind settle and allows deeper emotional work to surface without force. Here’s the link if you'd like to explore it:🔗 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_BV0qchx_A What I like about sound healing like this is that you don’t need to “do” anything. You don’t need to sit upright, meditate, focus, or try to make something happen. You simply let the frequencies wash over you and notice what comes up. For anyone who has been feeling: - ready for change - wanting closure or clarity - reconnecting with someone or something meaningful - or just needing a moment to reset …this might be a beautiful one to have playing tonight or tomorrow. You might also like to listen to other healing frequency music from this channel as there is a huge amount to choose from. If you listen to the 12/12 one, I’d love to know how it feels in your body.
Our group is growing and we have some amazing new members.

Breath, Rhythm, and Connection to Self
I wanted to share something around breathwork, because I know for many people doing breathwork on your own can feel hard, awkward, or even a bit uncomfortable. What I’ve found makes a huge difference is the right music. When you have music with a steady rhythm, especially drums, it gives the breath something to respond to. Breathing to the beat allows you to drop out of your head and into your body, to breathe in rhythm, sometimes hold, sometimes release, and just go deeper without forcing anything. For me, breathing this way feels like a direct line into my higher self, grounded, calm, and connected. I discovered this music on YouTube and it’s been perfect for that kind of breathwork. If you’ve tried doing breathwork before on my own and found it hard to stay with, but with this music it was just so different, this might really support you too: 🎶 Shamanic Drums, Native American Flute, Healing Music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3aP2lf1dt8&t=14s If you try it, let the music lead your breath rather than trying to control it. There’s no right way, just notice what happens. I’d love to hear if this resonates with you, or how breathwork feels for you when you practise on your own. 💜

@Louise Size that’s an interesting question. I wonder if you are right? I don’t have any Indian ancestors but who knows about past lives. Yes I love handspan music too but to me it doesn’t guide me to the breath I just get lost in the melody.

Now that the 30 days have unfolded, I’m curious…
What’s one thing that’s shifted for you, even slightly, over the past month? It doesn’t have to be big or dramatic. Sometimes it’s just a new awareness, a different thought, or noticing yourself pause where you wouldn’t have before. If nothing feels clear yet, that’s okay too. Even noticing nothing is information. I’d love to hear what has landed for you, or where you feel unsure about what comes next.

Tonight I’m catching a plane home after 4 weeks of living like a local in Bali.
I know I won’t sleep much, so I’ll probably arrive home tired and a bit spaced out… and honestly, I’m not even sure if what I’m feeling is excitement or sadness. Probably a mix of both. I’ll miss this place. Working by the pool each morning, chatting to people, the ease of daily life. It’s been such a good experience, and it’s shown me more clearly the kind of life I’d love to be living, and what I need to change once I’m home. One thing that’s really landed for me is how important connection and being out in the world are. So when I get back, I’m making a point of being more social and getting myself out of the house, maybe that even means finding a few new coffee shops where I can work in the mornings. Now I’d love to hear from you. How is/was your weekend? And looking back on the past week, what have you learned about your life? 💜

@Julie Hawley everything is a learning experience, nothing is personal, it is all through your eyes with your vision which is different to the other person who is standing opposite you. I was talking about this with a client today, we have no idea what the other person is going through what has just happened or why they can justify their shitty behaviour, because they obviously can. Good on you for evaluating the situation and considering changing things. You learnt something from this event. Well done Jules.
