Happy New Year, 2026 - here we go!!
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a chance to pause and spend time in a way that your nervous system needed. I for sure did, more than 2 weeks, lots of snow, lots of play, minimum screen time/AI, maxing out on family time, but very little alone time (which I missed greatly). So yesterday, once everyone went back to school/daycare I have spent a day "taking a break" after 2 weeks breakšŸ˜…, coming back to my own thoughts, routines and "feeling into" this year. And now I am back as my renewed self, with lots of ideas and plans for my life, business and this community. Hope all of you had a chance to recharge during the holidays. How is everyone doing??? Quick Check-in: What would feel most helpful for you on your AI journey right now from this community or from me? For example, a specific business challenge you’re trying to solve, specific AI tools you want to get into or a process you want to automate/outsource to AI? Would you like more accountability formats, hands-on step-by-step AI tutorial, online business models walkthroughs or something entirely different? I want to hear where you are so I can give the most value. Thank you!! šŸ™Œ PS: don't forget our intention/goal setting workshop next week where we are going to set our goals and intentions for 2026 together🤩

I’d love to see a discussion about how to use AI for content creation in a responsible and authentic way. Do we brainstorm with AI to clarify thoughts prior to creating? Do we have it produce a first draft that we edit to reflect our view and voice? Both of these are things I’d do with assistants.
Great Article on 2026
Fantastic newsletter just dropped in my inbox. Thanks @Elena Kell. Great insight and analysis!
The AI Solopreneur Edit #1: bi-weekly AI tools & updates (Nov 1-14)
Starting a new series of bi-weekly updates of the new releases, features and tools, my thoughts on them and potential use-cases. It's not going to cover all releases and tools, but rather a focused and curated brief of what I think could be valuable for us. I hope you find it useful! 1. ChatGPT 5.1 OpenAI released ChatGPT 5.1 with two key model variants: Instant (faster, more conversational) and Thinking (deeper reasoning). It also introduced more personality presets and adaptive reasoning to better adjust to simple vs complex tasks. Why it’s interesting: The previous version (GPT-5) had mixed reactions because many felt output quality dropped, especially for content creation. 5.1 feels like a return to the ā€œGPT-4o vibeā€: clearer tone, better alignment with instructions, and more consistent reasoning. What I’m excited about/use-cases: - Instant mode for quick content drafts (emails, social posts) that don’t need heavy reasoning. - Switching to Thinking mode when planning launches, building frameworks, or doing strategic work. - Hopefully less iteration and getting cleaner drafts with fewer rewrites (especially long-form content) I am very excited about it. Me and GPT5 have had a rough start and we never really hit it off so I am hopeful I can bring some more tasks from Claude to ChatGPT with this update. 2. Claude Skills Anthropic introduced ā€œSkillsā€ in Claude - modular, reusable ā€œmini workflowsā€ you can stack inside any conversation. Why it’s interesting: Instead of treating AI as a single prompt answerer, Skills move us toward building reusable mini-assistants. You can chain multiple tasks (e.g., idea → script → launch assets) and shift from one-off prompts to workflow automations. What I’m excited about/use-cases: - You can pick a recurring business task (e.g., content repurposing) and build it as a Skill once, then reuse it (I have tested Youtube script writer, still playing with it). - Stack Skills for end-to-end workflows: e.g., raw idea → research Skill → outline Skill → asset generation Skill in the same chat. - Save friction and create leverage because you can use it across your Claude, including Projects.

Thanks for the workflow description Karl. I’m fascinated by the idea of building workflows that capitalize on the strengths of different tools and chaining from one to the other. Elena, this would be a really cool topic for a video!
🌟 Collecting ideas for October’s YouTube Content!
I’m planning out my October videos for my channel, and since this community is my inner circle, I’d love to hear directly from you. My goal is always that the content is as useful and practical as possible for your journey with AI and building an online business in a way that feels authentic and fun. Here are a few areas I’ve been thinking about — but feel free to add your own: - AI Tools → Are there any tools you’re curious about and want me to test or make a tutorial on? - Business Processes → For example, lead generation, customer onboarding or content workflows. Where do you feel stuck and would love to see how AI could help? - Life Optimization with AI → My best prompts and hacks for streamlining everyday tasks, some unhinged ways I am using AI, and how I am approaching raising kids in the AI era. - Tips & Tricks → Deep dives into getting more out of tools you’re already using (like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, NotebookLM, Perplexity etc.). - Mindset & Strategy → How to actually build a one-person, multi-passionate business with AI without burning out or falling into the overwhelm trap and sharing my personal learnings from this journey. - Income Streams → Exploring digital products, memberships, affiliate marketing, Youtube, services, etc.—and showing how AI can make them easier to create and run. - Building With AI → Tutorials on vibe coding simple apps, dashboards, or personal software with tools like Lovable. Think: applications you could use to run your own business more smoothly, offer to clients, or even sell. What would help you the most right now? Drop your ideas, requests, or even specific challenges you’d love me to cover.✨ THANK YOU! 🫶

At least in my opinion the ā€œLife Hacksā€ topic sounds the most interesting, but the ā€œMindset & Strategyā€ and ā€œIncome Streamsā€ topics sound the most closely aligned with your personal brand and ā€œstand out from the crowdā€. It also might be interesting to hear something about selecting from multiple ideas and (perhaps more importantly) how to decide whether an idea isn’t working and should be shelved or you should keep pushing through to success.
