Hey everyone! I’m Ken, and I’m starting from zero (again).
After working on YouTube channels that have gained over 500 million views. I’ve decided to start a new channel. And here’s the twist, I’m documenting the entire process, every win, every mistake, every system I put in place on the channel it's self . Most creators think the first 90 days are about “finding your voice” They’re not. The first 90 days are about building your content machine and the systems that let you publish consistently without burning out, because that’s why most people give up. Here’s my exact plan: - Competitor Audit (using a systematized Process) - Build a “content bank” of 50 proven video ideas - Create my production system (filming, editing, thumbnails — all templated) - Publish and optimize the machine The goal isn’t to “go viral” in month one — it’s to build a foundation that will let me stay consistent for years. Excited to be building this with you all, Let’s go.

How to Stop Procrastination - For Entrepreneurs Podcast
I almost can't believe it. Episode 7. But this was the hardest week of all. Has a lot of IT problems. At one point, I was editing at 2 am. Pffff. A hard week. But I felt really proud of myself when I was finally able to publish! 🥳🥳 Whoop whoop!

Getting it out despite all of that is huge. Most people would have just skipped the week, but you kept the promise to yourself and your audience. That consistency will pay off far more than you realise. Congrats on hitting episode 7. That’s no small milestone. 🎉
Here’s What I Learned After Reaching 10 Million Views Across Social Media
I thought hitting 10 million views would change my business. It did at least, not the way I expected. Here’s what I learned (for free) so you don’t repeat my mistakes 👇 1. Views ≠ Clients I wish I could tell you 10 million views = $10 million in revenue. But it doesn’t. At 16, I was intentional — I promoted products, got some sales, and even made a few thousand. But even then, it wasn’t guaranteed money. Here’s the good news: you don’t need millions of views to get clients today. YouTube alone can drive a business with a small, loyal audience. But before you run to YouTube… 2. Post Where Your Clients Actually Are If you’re posting on YouTube but your buyers live on LinkedIn, your content won’t convert no matter how amazing the video is it will fall on deaf ears. That’s like selling men’s shoes in a women’s store. Wrong message, wrong place. 3. Don’t Ask Too Early Most creators kill their chances by asking way too soon. Think about it: a stranger on the street trying to sell you something vs. a colleague who’s helped you before asking a favor. Who do you say yes to? That’s reciprocity. It’s the same reason Alex Hormozi was able to do $100M in a single day — he gave value for 3 years before making his big ask. 4. Presentation = Perception Why does making content look professional matter? Because your content is a reflection of you. If your audio is terrible, your cuts are messy, or your first 3 seconds are boring, people click away. The same way when you watch a movie the emotions of background music intensifies the moment like the hero getting backup after being on the ground. The same applies to your videos. Here's the takeaway if you’re a coach or consultant, you don’t need millions of views. You Need: ✅ The right platform. ✅ A give-first approach. ✅ Professional, consistent content. That’s enough to build a loyal audience who actually trusts you and buys from you. Stop ending every video with “book a call.” Instead, make 30 fantastic, trust-building videos. Then, when you swing for the fences with your offer, people will be ready.

@Dakota Grady I'm interested in how these performed, how did you get on? Also be carful, asking for feedback on thumbnails from people who aren't your ideal viewers, it can give you data thats not vey helpful. I learnt this the hard way! haha
