Hey The video Dept Community, My name is Sho, and I'm reaching out because I've spent 20 years as a video editor, producer, writer, and content creator helping people figure out what to say, how to say it, what to make, and how to make it. But then when I ask them what I actually did for them, they struggle to explain it. That has been my problem. I know how to help. I do not know how to explain what I do in a way that makes sense before someone experiences it. The irony is that I seem to be able to offer clarity to everyone except myself.
