So I have a non profit that I did their website for many years ago, they reached out and wanted me to run a Facebook Ad campaign for a live event they are hosting next week, to get people from the public there... Their ad spend budget was super tight, $5 a day lol. But I treated them still like someone who would spend $5k a day in ad spend. The founder sent me a screenshot of their payments & registrations and it was pretty cool to see. They spent $115 in ads but got $735 in payments from registrations. My agency stopped running FB ads about 1 1/2 years ago because we struggle with some of their audience changes, but shout out @Nicolas Gorrono 's community, especially the paid community's prompts because it did like 90% of the work (which I didn't have 1 1/2 years ago because I wasn't here). We created a few awesome ads and the prompt gave us the design for a really well linking landing page: https://womensempowerment.solve-now.com/ and I would have never gone to wordpress if it wasn't for @Tony Cosentino & use Divi Themes to create landing pages like this (our landing page would have sucked lol). But this non profit woulda been in rough shape because I didn't even want to run FB ads anymore about 2 years ago. But we're back now! Just thought that was super cool and wanted to share.

I came across your Real Estate Automation video on YouTube and really liked how you presented it, which led me here. I'm not new to SEO, but I have not made use of Make.com yet, even though I've had access for a while, so you opened my eyes up with that tutorial. That, plus my sister recently started a new career in Real Estate, so I'm looking at ways to potentially help her out, and I'm not sure that 'traditional SEO' is the right path (ranking a web page). But the content creation you showed may be more helpful to her - wondering about applying it on a per property basis (individual properties, not developments like the example). I kind of cruised through it quickly to get a sense of it, and need to go back and watch more closely at the process and the outputs. I also have a close friend in mortgage lending and I'll be trying to think of if/how I might apply this for him. Open to hearing what others may have in mind for these niches.
