Disappointed
I learned nothing about Ai! Huge letdown. Fake applause. Millionaires that can't understand how expensive food is.

Dean is fluff. I've never liked him. Building foundations and positivity is fine, but as Tony said, it's confidence that actually builds positivity. That only comes by doing. I sat here and did work while it played, Day 1 I expected to be light, the next 2 days should have more. I'm already an AI expert so I expect 5% to be of actual value to me.

To me, consulting. Coaching is seen (outside of sports) as someone who just talks you through challenges and doubts, which is helpful but not compelling. Consultants are seen as experts who will step in and take a task from recognizing the need to presenting the solution.

@Lisa Anselmo exactly. I read the OP question as one of public perception. People generally don't respect coaches. So position yourself as a consultant if you want to be a serious player. And also, whether you call yourself a coach or consultant, you can be as awesome as you want. So really the question has to be about branding/perception, imo.
Other AI experts?
Hey everyone, I'm already an AI expert, I use it every day, wondering if there are others here who are already pretty experienced and looking to connect and do big things?

@Crina Fulea I'm a bad example - I got started over 20 years ago! I'm an engineer and studied AI in college, and have used AI chatbots since the day they came out, too. I don't think you need my background to be an expert, but you do need to see AI, LLMs, neural networks, and data from a lot of angles. I'd get started by watching a variety of YouTube videos on those topics. Even if you don't understand it all, just get the big picture concept of why it matters. Soon you'll be able to contextualize new ideas and that's the foundation of expertise.

@Dr. Ardy Hakhamian hey, thanks for the reply. I'm intrigued, why did you choose "infrastructure" there? Maybe I'm overanalyzing but it seemed significant. Beyond that, yea, it's time that the medical system stops being a doctor's world and instead becomes a place where the patient is in control.
Where is everyone from? That’s a wrap - what was your biggest takeaway?
Hello new friends! Would love to know where you are from!! 🤗 Houston Texas here. Biggest takeaway for me: It’s not AI that will replace my work, it will be those who learn the tools. 🤯

@Shawn Miller I'm down near Tampa, hello neighbor! Really intrigued by your profile description, I'm looking to start consulting to help small biz owners leverage data and AI, starting my first site tomorrow!

💡 The AI Tasks You're NOT Thinking About (But Should Be)
Everyone talks about using AI for the obvious stuff: ✅ Writing emails ✅ Creating content ✅ Drafting social posts But here's what most people miss: The real power of AI is in the invisible work that drains you every single day. The stuff you don't even think about as "tasks" because they're just... what you do. Let's talk about the AI use cases you're NOT thinking about: 1. Decision-Making Support You're stuck between two options. You've been spinning on it for days. Instead of staying stuck: Ask AI: "Here are my two options with pros and cons for each. What questions should I be asking myself to make this decision? What am I not considering?" AI won't make the decision for you, but it'll help you think through it more clearly. 2. Meeting Preparation You have a big client call in 2 hours. You need to feel prepared but don't have time to do deep research. Instead of winging it: Ask AI: "I'm meeting with a client in the [industry] space who's struggling with [problem]. What are 5 smart questions I should ask? What should I know about their industry right now?" Show up sharp, even when you're short on time. 3. Email Triage You have 47 unread emails. Some are urgent. Most aren't. You're overwhelmed just looking at your inbox. Instead of drowning: Copy/paste your email subjects into AI and ask: "Based on these subject lines, which 5 emails should I prioritize today and why?" Get clarity in 60 seconds. 4. Conflict Resolution You need to have a difficult conversation with a team member, client, or partner. You're not sure how to approach it. Instead of avoiding it: Ask AI: "I need to address [situation] with [person]. How can I bring this up in a way that's direct but respectful? What's a good opening line?" Get a framework to start the conversation with confidence. 5. Learning New Concepts Fast You need to understand something for a project, but you don't have time to read 10 articles or watch hour-long videos. Instead of diving into research rabbit holes:

@Mati Proenza try Perplexity. It uses web search to answer all questions that require info (e.g. What's the best way to take care of my pool in winter?). It also allows you to pick different models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok) when you don't like the answer that one gives you (waaay better than ChatGPT!). And you can get it free for a year if you have a Samsung phone or use Paypal.
