Half way through my training at Leeds tonight I got called up to train with the pre academy! Was a brilliant experience took a good kick to the face but bounced back and carried on.. did it in a 1v1 nice little black eye Also picked up my signed Ampadu shirt and got gifted Karl Darlow Signed Gloves And Alex Cairns Signed Gloves!! Two games this weekend, both in goal which is a rare occurrence for me! Mixed bag of results, losing one and winning on. Saturday game Lost 2-1 in a close contest, personally picked up MoM award, and was beaten by two big deflections on shots in a scramble at corners, made some good saves, including one big 1-on-1 save and swept well off my line Sunday game Won 2-1 in another close game, some good saves again from myself and managed to command my box well claiming corners and crosses all game, again pressed a high line with some good sweeping when needed Really happy with my personal performances in both games, its great to be back on the pitch! And great to be back on this forum and in this community

How many of you use the overarm throw and think it has benefit? I have a brilliant overarm throw and love to use it when I get the need, I have been taught it by goalkeeper coaches and yet one of my coaches hates me using it and tells me off afterwards!
