I asked Kian what his Sunday win was today about his match It wasn’t that he kept the team in the game the first half Wasnt that he was in clear running for man of the match Wasn’t that he successfully after weeks of trying to teach made the right call and claimed his ball It was that he made his mummy proud ❤️ Ahhh that boy melts my heart But then he said because he made his mummy so proud today he got new J4k gloves ordered so that’s his biggest win today 🤦‍♀️🤣

After the rigorous moving house last weekend, I was so pleased to be back on the pitch this weekend, that I went for 2 games in 2 days!! Saturday's game saw us up against Fleetwood Vets (which included 3 ex pro players and a number of former academy players at Fleetwood) Although we lost 5-2, it was a great team performance, in tough conditions against a really good footballing side we held them at 2-2 until the final 15 minutes where conditions played there part and we conceded 3 late on Sunday's game was a much better result winning 6-1 in our final home game of the season. Personally a great game for me playing outfield, managing 75 minutes across RB and CM. The body is definitely feeling the strain of two games in the heat over the weekend, so we are on with the key elements of recovery!
