Another clean sheet for Noahs Saturday team. Great saves again with his new J4K gloves

Next Season
So yesterday I went for a technical trial for an EJA team. We chose EJA as we know most EJA & JPL teams like 2 keepers so thought i can play 💯 with my grassroots on a Saturday where I'm non stop and then EJA which will be higher standards and probably only half the game. However my mum got a message last night from the coach asking how I would feel about the JPL team. She said that she was concerned that i would be reducing my game time but he was saying he feels the higher standards would be great for me. I had been asked to attend a trial by another JPL team after they saw me play in the Netherlands my mum asked the question about shared position and they replied if I was the stronger keeper they would playing me 💯 of the time but this club is just over an hour away. So the idea of sticking with my grassroots team and adding a Sunday team seems to be going in a different to what we are trying to plan 🫣 not sure what to do now

Noah is currently training with JPL team and the standard is better than his grass roots team which can only make his skill set a lot better. I think you always need to play at the highest standard you can to help with your abilities l.

Great performance from Noah in todays match in a very tight game. Noah pulled off a double crucial save right at the death to seal a 2-1 win MOM

General Coaching
Xavier is at a sleepover tonight, so i get the pleasure of popping onto here. I know there are some coaches on here, who coach the whole team, not just the goalkeeper, please can I ask your advice? On Saturday, I was unofficially asked whether I would be interested in joining the team as a coach next season, the headcoach is stepping down (this is not common knowledge yet) & they feel i would make a great addition to the coaching team. I was very honoured to be asked, what I'm interested in knowing is what courses have you undertaken to become a coach?

As mentioned in other comments. FA safe guarding play maker course. The coaching manual is good for training ideas. There is plenty of information out there for different age groups.
New glove day
Noah trying his new gloves at training this evening with the spines in. "They are brilliant " he quoted.
