What's going on in your Skool classroom???
Have you heard that the key to a successful Skool group is all about having a party in the community? Well what if that's not actually true for everyone??? I'm so excited to be presenting about all the opportunities available in your Skool classroom. If you are doing coaching, helping your members achieve a transformation, teaching a complicated skill, or going deep with your topic, then high-impact classroom content is what will set your group apart from your competitors. What's going on in your classroom???

this should be fun.
Am I building what's wanted… or confusing people on where they belong?
I’m in a weird but exciting season right now. Most people in my new community came to me through my brand emails and Facebook posts. But here’s where I’m stuck… Before creating it, I planned for it to be a space for my art people…FREE + digital downloads they could actually use in their projects, which would be an extension of one of my businesses, only I wouldn't be printing these designs. Then… because I’m a multi-passionate business woman who refuses to stay in a box…I decided it should be something bigger. A space where all the things could live, like a creative hub. So tell me what you would do: 👉 Do I lean into multi-passionate creatives (which is 100% me) and trust the vision… even if it takes longer to get to where I want to be? 👉 Or do I double down on my art audience and build a niche space for people who already understand my world? Because here’s the tension… My creative, somewhat rebellious brain wants freedom and expansion, as multi-passionate people do, but my business brain (what I've been told all my life) is like, “pick a lane so people know why they’re here.” 😅 (Meanwhile, I could easily build 20 different groups…) For those of you who’ve grown a SKOOL community… 👉 What actually wins in the beginning? 👉 Focus first… then expand? 👉 Or build it as a bigger container from day one? I’m building this in real time, and I want a foundation that can actually grow with me. No fluff… what would you choose and why? 👇

@Ronda Del Boccio Thank you. I plan to build it and harmonize it into a single space. 🤩

@Ashley Jasper Styles you know that's a great idea. I have done that with so many things/projects/ideas in the past, but for some reason, I didn't with this. Thank you!

I shared it with my email list and got my first 100 and then I have been commenting and sharing in groups on SKOOL and it's slowly growing.

One of the best ways to grow is to support each other on Skool. So let's do that 👇 Drop a comment with: 1. Your Skool community name + link 2. Who it's for (in one sentence) 3. What members get when they join Then scroll through and join 3 communities that genuinely interest you. Not to game the algorithm. Not for a follow back. Because you're actually curious and want to connect with people building cool things. Let's help each other get those wins 🙌

@Lauren Parker, I didn't think you were being argumentative, and I love spreadsheets and see them as creative as well, but yes, I only added questions for bots. Your image is very cool too! So does the programming pick a color for every word?

@Lauren Parker that’s really cool. I wonder if you are able to select color hues to replace the bold colors or if it’s hard wired in? I only mention because you said you wanted different colors.
3 things Skool leaders should do at the start of the month
What are some of your start of the month Skool rituals? If you run a Skool, tighten this up before the month really gets moving. First, reduce notifications. Yes — even mine. We don’t help each other by being distracted. If you own a Skool, that’s your priority. Then 2–3 communities where you’re building authority. Then maybe one you’re learning from. That’s it. If your phone is lighting up all day from 12 groups, you’re reacting instead of leading. Turn things off and focus. Second, ask better questions and collect real data. Not just “how y’all doing?” Ask what they’re stuck on. Ask what they’re building. Ask what would make this month a win. If engagement is low, ask something fun or debatable to wake the room up. Engagement is feedback. Use it. Third, keep your cycles short and intentional. I made the mistake of running 30-day challenges at the start of my journey. My audience couldn’t stick to it… and honestly, I barely could either. Now I run a challenge the first 5 or last 5 days of the month. Short, focused, clear. Sometimes tied to a sale or upgrade. I also use a freemium group that feeds into paid offers, and that structure has helped conversions. Strong start. Clear focus. Short cycles.
