To Trust or Not To Trust!
In conversations all over Skool, I hear over and over, that people need to know they can trust you. That brings them in and that certainly keeps them in our communities. @Heather Boers Thanks for remembering me :) It is quite dangerous and shocking how many people run their blood test results through AI without fully seeing how important is the additional, the deeper level of info that no AI is going to ask them. If you have a human in front of you, there is so much more that we professionals take into considerations - how they feel, look, whats their lifestyle, stress like etc etc etc. Thats the exciting thing about being in my profession - we know that EVERY single person IS different.
🚨 What's Your Problem Wednesday
Calm down, I'm not yelling at you! 😅 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Post your problem. A real one. 𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘 you're stuck on right now in your business — not "I'm struggling with visibility," but the actual thing. The exact tool that's broken, the exact strategy you can't crack, the exact thing you've googled four times and still don't get. We solve it. Anyone in the community can jump in with real help — advice, a resource, "here's who you should talk to." 🚨🚨🚨 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘 🚨🚨🚨 name it, don't link it...𝙮𝙚𝙩. If someone points you toward a tool, a community, a resource... great, they can tell you about it. But they don't drop the link 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘀𝗸 for it. You want it? Say so. That's it. That's the whole rule. Why? Because it turns "here's a link, bye" into an actual conversation. And because none of us have DMs unlocked until Level 7 anyway, so this keeps it all out in the open where everyone can benefit... not just the person who asked. I'll go first below to break the ice then .... your turn. What's your problem? 👇

I have validated my community, mu about pähe and banner but my problem is to get people to come back. I can run ads and get new members to join (free tier) but either I don't have useful enough content or I just get too many curious people to come, check out and not come back. I have started to send out automated email to everyone on the joining so they would find their way back in again and it has helped. Is there a general guideline, what percentage of returning members is good?

@Stephen Stott thanks, it seems to me that people can over complicate things and I just want to show them that hey calm down it's not that tricky :)

@Lynne Vella In fully agree but still I can see so many people doing this. But the same time I think the big wow moment has passed and people start understanding better what yeh AI is good for and what not so hopefully it will go the the right direction.
If you're a woman in your 50s and got this ridiculously stupid memo...
The one that says getting fit is harder, your energy is gone, your body's working against you... and from here on out, it's pretty much a slow slide downhill. 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼. What nobody mentions is that by 50, you've already done hard things. You've built a life. Solved problems. Survived things. Learned a few lessons the hard way. You're not starting from scratch. You're starting from experience. @Lise Lively got that memo too. And she tossed that garbage it in the trash. 🔥🔥🔥 Instead, she created a community for women who are ready to get stronger, healthier, and feel more like themselves again. Not through punishment workouts or by surviving on lettuce and water. And not by pretending their bodies haven't changed. Practical fitness, support and a community of women who are ready to redefine themselves in their 50s. Turning 50 doesn't mean your story is winding down. It means you get to decide what the next chapter looks like. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝟱𝟬𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗲.

This approach is very appealing. I think the hardcore style is starting to be a bit outdated and in general there is enough awareness and more "trend" around slow and steady progress. Everyone has too much stress to put more stress into their body :) Good on you !!!!
