Resonance
Some say it is coincidence that the Great Pyramid aligns with 29.979°, the same numerical echo as the speed of light. But maybe coincidence is just the name we give to patterns we are not yet ready to understand. The universe does not explain itself, it reveals itself in resonance. And we are still learning how to listen.” https://youtu.be/S-uvWOPqaX4?is=loTuQJOwHJqSsAFC

the pressure of having kids or getting married CURE...
Have any of you ever felt pressure to have kids or to get married and found yourself resisting the process, and then had a shift that allowed you to let go and then you felt more free? Also, have any of you made that shift and then also had kids or found your person? Share below your stories and insights! I was talking to a friend of mine who feels the pressure to have kids and was helping her get to the core of the desire and energy. I personally don't feel this pressure but many people do at a certain age and especially women. what shifted for you? I'd love to read them. I'm making a video on this right now, and I'd love to share your insights with the audience to help people also your shares will inspire others in the comments!

Ways to Cultivate & Maintain a Higher Vibrational State
Ways to maintain a daily vibrational practice: 1. Music: Listen to songs or healing frequencies that elicit and resonate happiness. 2. Altruism/Service: Volunteer or do a random act of kindness for someone, without expectation or recognition. 3. Breathwork & Meditation: Soothing the Nervous System, slowing down the 'monkey mind' and transcending into a Theta brain wave not only brings us back to the present, but is also a great state for manifestation. 4. Movement: Take a walk, do yoga, go for a bike ride, dance around in the kitchen, whatever activates your joy! This releases endorphins and can quickly lift our spirits. 5. Earthing: Connect with nature. Walking barefoot or walking by the beach are wonderful ways to absorb that beauty. 6. Gratitude: Reflecting on 3 things we appreciate at the beginning or end of the day, amplifies our blessings and attracts more. 7. Social/friendships: Connect and spend time with others that inspire you, see the best in others, and find the positive. 8. Spiritual Diet: Recognize what and/or who is consuming our time, energy, and attention. Is it adding value and inspiration, or is it draining. This includes social media, music, 'negative Nancy' (the chronic complainer), T.V., news, etc. What we consume, consumes us. 9. High-Vibrational Food/Diet: Natural and organic foods, that come directly from the earth, typically carry a higher vibration. 10. Laughter: We learn to lighten when we find sarcasm or joy in the moments. This includes laughing at ourselves... Don't take yourself too seriously, none of us our getting out of here alive. 11. Play: Somehow along the way, we were taught that being playful was only for young children. Life got serious. But true joy is often found in simplicity. Seek out ways to have fun! 12. Mindfulness: Notice all the beauty around you & soak it in! When we lock into the present moment, life becomes magical. 13. Shadow work: Notice the feelings that arise, allow yourself to feel them, gently release it with love. Let go of the victim or savior roles that no longer serve you. We're never meant to carry all that baggage - leave it on the carousel so you can board the plane for take-off. 14. Transformation: Any and all change is 'uncomfortable' at first because it is 'foreign.' Lean in and embrace the adventure ahead even if it's 'unfamiliar.' 15. Empathy: Try to embrace others with curiosity, understanding, and compassion, as opposed to judgement. 16. Recharge: Spend time in solitude, learn yourself and embrace your own energy, find peace within, and love yourself. 17. Love Yourself First: Become whole within. Become your own best friend. You are 'the one' you've been searching for.

Yes and being creative like making music, writing, arts n crafts, gardening etc.
I'm not the role I'm the sole.
So many people have defined me and it always felt comforming. I'm going back to work and I'll keep my sole. I had someone recently define me and I was mad until I thought I'm not any role. I'm free.

What If Life Is Just an Upside-Down Reflection?
The Bhagavad Gita uses a beautiful analogy in Chapter 15—a banyan tree. It asks us to imagine a tree standing beside a pond, reflected in the water. “The Blessed Lord said: There is a banyan tree which has its roots upward and its branches down and whose leaves are the Vedic hymns. One who knows this tree is the knower of the Vedas.” (BG. 15.1) In simple terms, it is saying that this material world is like a reflection of the spiritual world. Everything we see here exists in its true form in the spiritual dimension. But—and here’s the twist—what is high in the spiritual world appears reversed here, almost upside down. Now, you may be thinking, “I’ve never seen a tree growing upside down!” And you’d be right—at least not in real life. But you have seen it in a reflection. When a tree stands by water, its image appears with the roots up and branches down. Nature is quietly teaching philosophy… we just don’t always notice. In the same way, this material world is described as a reflection of the real, spiritual reality. But here’s the important detail: this reflection is standing on desire, just like a reflected tree stands on water. No water, no reflection. No desire, no material entanglement. Desire is what keeps this reflected world “appearing real” to us. If one wants to understand this world—and eventually move beyond its limitations—one has to study this “tree” carefully. Not by climbing it (good luck with that), but by understanding its nature. Then, gradually, one can loosen one's attachment to it. This reflected tree is not random—it is an exact, though distorted, replica. Everything exists in the spiritual world in its pure and original form. The material world is simply a perverted reflection—same variety, but not quite the same quality. Like a photocopy of a photocopy… still recognizable, but a bit faded. So, who are we in all this? We can say we are consciousness. But more personally, we are individuals—with relationships, personality, and feelings. These don’t disappear in the spiritual world; they actually exist there in their most perfect and beautiful form, without confusion or imperfection.
