Monday 9/22/25 Check in
As @Alan Belcher shared in his recent post "Great Start to the Week" where things can go sideways. It is up to us as Warriors, to cut through it, just as Alan stayed grounded, spent Quality time with his girlfriend. As we share our challenges, our wins, each contain lessons for us, along with for our brothers. Appreciate you sharing yours @Alan Belcher . Mine began with morning breathing and meditation. Followed by journal and reading. Got in a good early morning workout after that. Dived into making breakfast for the family for Quality family time to start the day. We each shared one thing we are going to focus on growing today. Followed this with my plan for today: 🔥 STEP 1: Gratitude Flips the Switch - 3 things I'm grateful for (for peoople TELLing them) 💡 STEP 2: Take Inspired Action - used my workout and making breakfast to spark my mind and body to be the best for my family and myself. 💡 STEP 3:Declare Your Intentions Out Loud - Daiily connection family time, building my mind and body to improve myself to better serve my loved ones. ⚙️ STEP 4: Surround Yourself with Greatness: making sure those around me lift me as also lift them...such as us brothers in Warrior's Order! 💭 STEP 5:Trust the Process - through Consistent Commitment Brothers, let's use the lessons from @Alan Belcher and all of your brothers ,to build our mind, body, heart to use in service.

Tuesday 9/23/25 Check in
Want to start with a great question by a Warrior brother about how to reset. For myself as an example: I will reset by doing something different. Go for a walk, shoot some hoops, step outside to do some deep breathing. Experiment to find your reset brothers . Also, today dialed into my journal notes I'll share some of here: ● 5 Powerful Habits to Stay Motivated & Crush Your Goals Every Day 🔑 STEP 1: Start with a Success Trigger "Motivation begins before the day starts. You need a 'success trigger'—a simple, repeatable action that signals your brain: ‘Let’s go!’ 🔑 STEP 2: Set a 3x3 Daily Focus "Clarity kills overwhelm. That’s where the 3x3 method comes in: 🎯 3 priorities for work 🎯 3 personal actions 🎯 3 moments of joy or gratitude 🔑 STEP 3: Use the 20-20-20 Formula "This secret comes straight from top performers like Robin Sharma and CEOs like Tim Cook. The 20-20-20 formula is your first hour of power: 🕒 20 minutes of movement – quick cardio, yoga, walk 🕒 20 minutes of reflection – journaling, prayer, meditation 🕒 20 minutes of learning – read, podcast, online course This is the daily foundation of success: → Move your body → Connect to your inner self → Fuel your mind 🔑 STEP 4: Emotional Anchoring "Most people chase motivation with willpower. But top performers? They anchor it emotionally. Ask yourself daily: 💬 'How will I feel when I complete this?' 💬 'Who will benefit when I show up at 100%?' 🔑STEP 5: Create a Success Wind-Down "Motivation isn’t just about mornings. It’s about how you close the day and reset for tomorrow. Your evening routine should include: ✔ 5 minutes reviewing what went well ✔ 3 wins or small progress points ✔ A written or mental plan for tomorrow 🧠 Your Motivation & Success Blueprint "Let’s wrap this up with action: Daily motivation isn’t about hype. It’s about habit, clarity, and connection to your why. Your journal, your Warrior tribe are here for you brothers ... connect with them daily!
