Costa Rica Short-Term Rentals (Private Resorts)
Hey everyone, I want to thank Matt for inviting me into this community. It was great to meet at the Limitless expo last weekend. That sounds wonderful! I have not looked too much into investment properties that far south. Leavenworth, Chelan, Cle Elum are nice choices because they are tourist towns you can use all year. We have a little STR about 30mins from us, that I got off market and below market value whohoo. Lots of options in Washington but you really need to know the numbers for sure.
