@Paulina Scherer You only need to dry your almond flour if it's oily. You can test that by picking a handful of it and a lot of it sticks to your hand or your macarons have wrinkly tops. My almond flour was oily so I placed paper towels on my trays and added the almond flour then let them dry in my oven for 30 minutes at 200°F. It really helps and the paper towels soaked up most of the oil 😊
