This isn’t my research topic, but given my professional and personal background it’s something I’m really interested in. Some questions I’m curious about - Do you use AI to structure your day? If yes, how? - Which ADHD challenges do you use AI for most? - Does AI help you more with planning, starting, or finishing tasks? - Can AI reduce overwhelm or decision fatigue — or perhaps even trigger it? - Do you use AI more like a tool, a coach, or a thinking partner?
