Joy does not have to be earned
Tiny reminder for your beautiful human heart today: joy does not have to be earned. 🌈 Not after the promotion. Not after the weight loss. Not after life finally ā€œcalms down.ā€ Joy can happen in the middle of the laundry pile. In the coffee sip. In the dog walk. In the text you send that says: ā€œThinking about you today.ā€ That’s how movements start, by the way. Not with giant stages. With tiny sparks. ✨ So today’s JOY Project mission: Send one joyful text. Notice one micro joy. Share one smile you almost kept to yourself. The world has enough urgency. Let’s become little walking joy riots instead. šŸ’›

we are....
Me: . A small part of something so much bigger . But we are it… there is no separation Separation is the limitation We are the trees We are the grass We are the rocks …and the silver moon glass We are the sun We are the moon We are the oceans …that flow with the dunes We are the summer We are the fall We are the winter …spring and all
Joy check to start the week.
For a long time, we’ve been taught to move through the world in competition. Be better. Be faster. Get ahead. But something interesting happens when people choose collaboration instead. Ideas get stronger. Energy expands. Everyone moves further, faster. Joy tends to grow in environments where people are building with each other, not constantly measuring themselves against each other. So here’s a little Monday experiment. Instead of asking, ā€œHow do I win this week?ā€ Try asking, ā€œWho could I build something with this week?ā€ • A conversation • A shared idea • An introduction • A small collaboration šŸ‘‡ Joy prompt: Who is someone in this community you’d love to collaborate with, learn from, or simply connect with this week? Drop a name or tag them below. Let’s make some joyful connections. ✨

idk
Networking… but make it joyful.
Let’s be honest. A lot of ā€œnetworkingā€ feels stiff. Name tags. Elevator pitches. Everyone secretly wondering when they can escape the room. But the best connections rarely happen that way. They happen over coffee. On a walk. At a random event where you actually talk like humans. Joy has a funny way of making networking better. People relax. Conversations go deeper. Opportunities appear that no one planned. So here’s today’s little joy experiment: • Invite someone for coffee • Send a message to someone you admire • Introduce two people who should know each other • Go to something local and just be curious Build connection first. Everything else tends to follow. šŸ‘‡ Joy prompt: How do you like to network in real life? Coffee? Walks? Events? Random conversations with strangers? Drop your favorite way below. Someone here might borrow your idea. ā˜•āœØ
