It's a visualization exercise using ChatGPT that is also supposed to help with scheduling. Here is the exercise if you don't want to click on the video: 1. Write down all of your future goals and desires in a document. How you want your life to look like, what you want to have and how you want to be. Think big. Write down all of your wildest dreams. 2. Write into ChatGPT (it’s free) “tell me a story of a day in the life as my future self based on this description”: then copy and paste everything you’ve written down in your document. 3. Read through your future life. Visualize it, feel it and let it sink it. 4. Now write in ChatGPT “create a daily schedule for me to follow that will allow me to achieve this exact life” and it will give you a step by step plan with everything to help you make it your reality.
