@Marigold Henshaw Hi Marigold. Thanks for the congrats on completing bootcamp. It was an intense three days. But great also great to meet like minded people. I may have found my tribe! My first strategy will be R2R SA. This is for two reasons. Firstly it can be set up with not to much capital. And secondly as I will be moving in the next few years I don't want to be tied to the area. If you are up for it I would live to share ideas and experiences.

Are You a High Earner But Still Feel Broke? Here is Why....
I was thinking about this earlier and decided to share this short video with you... I’ve met a lot of people earning good money £70k or more and still feeling stuck. Not because they’re lazy, but because all their income comes from working, gets taxed, pays the bills, and that’s it. The shift isn’t working harder. It’s learning how to get money working for you through assets, property, investments, tax-efficient wrappers, even funds you already have access to. This so resonates with me. I am fortunate to earn a salary higher than I ever thought I would. But that means long hours and disturbed weekends. And if I am honest not always getting the respect I deserve from my peers. But that is why I am now moving forward and have joined AFL. I am so excited about the year ahead. Slightly terrified as well. 😄

Excited to learn and enter in a new adventure!
Hi and thanks for allowing me to join this group. I am currently an IT Infrastructure Manager and while I enjoy my job I know it is important for me to secure my future. My goal is to build up a property portfolio that will allow me move away from work within the next five years. Once no longer working I would like to be to commit to community work.

@Eliza Ann Barlow Hi Eliza. Thank you for your response. I am really excited to be working with such enthusiastic, like-minded people. I have been thinking about property development for a while, but I am a complete novice. I attended The Serviced Accommodation Summit this past weekend, which was my first step. And while I would love to say I am ready to work on my first deal, I have to be a bit more methodical. So my To Do List for this week is: - Register my limited company. - Investigate the best business bank account. - Release funds to invest some working capital. - Develop my administrative structure. - Attend my Property Wealth and Influence Accelerator onboarding calls. - Continue to work through the Property Business Accelerator training. And of course I will spend time on Zoopla, Rightmove, AirBnb, etc.
