For anyone else struggling to locate the blueprint - I was not able to access it until I logged out of Skool and back in. Somehow that unlocked it for me. 😊
One AH HA moment after another...yippee!🙂
From my ADHD Snapshot, one line stopped me cold: Forty years of building workarounds around my brain, and I called it "luck" instead of resourcefulness. The roundabout with too many exits finally has a name. Reducing my goals to fit my brain isn't humility, it's a bargain that stopped working.

Yes, it is amazing how we built some great skills as we adapted to living in a linear world.

Welcome Cassandra!
Earworm
I read something about ear worms and ADHD. I have experienced, as I'm pretty sure I mentioned as I'm an open book too, musical ear syndrome which I've read is connected to ADHD in some cases. But, because I'm so loving and I want to share, "Someday we'll find it, the Rainbow Connections. The lovers, the dreamers and me. oooo oooooooo ooo". You're welcome. 😇😉

Wow I have not heard of that. I definitely have tinnitus, but so does my husband as a highly sensitive person. I think our brains are wire for great sensitivity. I love listening to brown noise at bedtime to help me sleep more deeply.
What are you asking Sage about?
I haven't engaged with Sage yet because the prompts aren't grabbing me and I really don't know what to ask her lol What kinds of questions have you all been asking her?

I discovered I had adult ADHD about 10 years ago; I am finally starting to understand how my brain works!
