wordcrafter pro
I was in wcp, when I hit a key and it took me to wordcrafter pro portal, um what did I do? It doesn't accept my login for wcp, is there a separate one ... if this part of wcp?

I am so excited I actually got to the part where I'm brainstorming. I've done it before but it was always one voice plus mine... this , Michael is fantastic. It was worth every bit of working through sickness and doing something, going back fixing it and trying it another way. You, my dear, are AMAZING.
Totally Tuesday!
So i've basically been ill for the last three days and pushing through it with a nasty sinus infection. I spent half of today resting and the other half adding what I think might be the best totally necessary two weeks ago feature. A freakin MANUAL. OMG. it's extensive and detailed and hidden quite cleverly at the top of the Binder. Please read the Preamble, to learn "Michael's Rule of Manuals". This technique is a decades old secret I have passed on to anyone who has ever tried to read a manual and ended up looking haggard with eyes glazed understanding less than when they started. The Quick Start is there if you think you know what you are doing and the rest is all there. I will be doing a line by line edit of it starting tomorrow as there are some things that are a bit off. Claude and the nonfiction room are good but nothing like a full read through by someone who actually uses it. This is actually version 9 since I started and will be the canonical master copy ongoing. There will eventually be a print addition, but probably not before I hire a better graphic designer than I am (not a very high bar to reach). Screenshots and graphics will be added as well. There are call outs for screenshots already in the text but please let me know if you think others should be added as well. I've already found a few and made hasty notes on my handy dandy Notepad also cleverly hidden in the Binder. If you hit a snag somewhere reading through you need me to address ask and I'll jump to that section and add the graphics needed there . I built this in the Binder so I can edit it live and work with it just like the live document it is. Please critique this, let me know if there is more (or less) that you need. I published it rough ths way because of some of the questions I have been asked recently. I should be able to add links here to videos elsewhere to explain things better as well, **** And if you have read this far I did make it into BIAM this month and will be running through it like everyone else, Just with WCP to see how well it works with Colm's method. I'll post here and on Storyhackers about it.
Totally Tuesday!

DO IT NOW! have instant transference of knowledge. haha. I don't think that will happen in what is left of my lifetime. But it doesn't stop me from learning.

Newyby here. going into the program and was reading about the binder. I have all that physically in office, and some hand written some digital for the first book of each series. Before I start the 2nd book, do I need to put the first book in as if were an going through this or start with 2nd book? It's a lot of work because I write scifi/romance ... each has it own world and even universe. Or can I copy it and the AI will post for me from the documents?

okay, I got it in as one file. The 2nd book I have the first draft done, and want to import it ... lol I can't see to get the hang of making up the files itself in the binder. I think I am good beta tester coming with 10 year old (not 10 yrs of experience) of Scrivener. I'm finding challenges in that I need a 'dummy' version. I get the series title done, took me a few hours to get the book title to stay. then it when I tried to create chapter 1, I can't get the file to stay. I type it in and hit enter. and nothing is there. Not complaining, but there will be people like me who jump ahead, won't read, etc. I'm going back to the lastest video you did Michael on doing this and seeing what I missed.

@Michael Culp I'm available to do that this afternoon around noon PST I need to delete some things and have read that far yet and add book 1, as you said, as a complete file for the history/context contained in it. I start another two series with first books already written and one half draft, another with the whole draft. I wish there was a way to import and have it recongise the title of each chapter based on font size or title (ie Chapter 1 or Chapter One).
IMPORT / EXPORT
Ive been working on importing files. We can now import Scrivener, novelcrafter, word, text, epub, pdf, and working on sudowrite and improving the raptorwrite import. Exporting pdf, epub, and word now let's you add a cover image from the gallery. Scrivener export works. If anyone decides to test these, let me know if you run into any issues. I exported ALL of my novelcrafter files and imported them all as a test (9 of them) into WCP. So if you started something elsewhere you can finish it in WCP. If you decide WordCrafter.Pro isn't for you there's multiple ways to exit. Back to recording trainings...

I finally found the import. I had changed my files to .md, but when I got to import you had already changed it to docx.... yeah! Thank you it will save me a hassle for the next book. I have 4 books finished and am in the process of editing the 2nd in each series. They are all in docx.
Saturday Rewards 5/2/26
First I want to thank all of my Founders and early adopters. If you were a member of this Skool When WordCrafter.Pro was released on 4/17/26 You became a Founder with a permanent Free-For-Life access to WCP. If you joined on 4/18 and 4/19 you had the chance to earn Founder status by using the software, sending me feedback, and interacting here. or recruiting 5 new members to our group. A couple folks have been doing both! Again I am very grateful for the help in making this App useful to us all in our writing. There are a couple folks the slipped in just after the deadline but they have been working the system. But the time has come. The timer for your trial is starting to count down and will appear in WordCrafter. When it reaches zero your account in WCP will be paused and you will have to go to the payment link to get access. The monthly subscription for WCP is $22.00 and the yearly subscription is $200, Congratulations to our new Founders! @Masuda Floyd @Ryn Devereau @Michelle W @David Jones @Rose Colbourne @Kathleen Osborne There are three more that could still qualify for this but I only have email addresses for them (please update your name and SKOOL ID in the WCP Settings) and they created accounts 12 Days ago and haven't logged in since. You three have until Sunday midnight to get in and give me some feedback if you are still interested. When the 14 Day Trial accounts expire those accounts will go on pause and can be reactivated by starting a subscription. You can backup all of your work before your trial ends and save it to your local drive. Any account on pause for 12 months will be removed and all data lost. For everyone: Because he chat Log files can take up a lot of space quickly If you have not logged into your account on WCP for ten days these will be deleted. You can save them to your drive now, but I will be adding a "Backup Logs" feature the same as your files backup to save them all if you feel the need. They are not a requirement for you books and not incredibly useful unless you left something there you meant to save. I am willing to listen to discussion on other ways to deal with it if anyone is in disagreement with me.
