Well, I'm beginning to feel more optimistic about learning this trading thing! Two days in a row, I've been on the plus side with two trades each day, +30/+5 and +240/+110...small numbers but an improvement! Pressing on! 🙂

Super excited today! I just sold my first lot for $6,400 seller financing. I paid $330 for this property and collected $1,000 down payment. I’m about to now go and buy 3 more and do it all over again!!!! Thank you @Charles Noonan @Tara Franklin @Rosalee Rodriguez
