Arkansas land bank
Is anyone buying land in the Arkansas, like Garland county and having succes selling the land? Seems to be a growing residential area but more for retired community at the moment?

I was looking into that too as well. I’m not sure I’m undecided on that one. I see a one time fee of $300 and I was just doing the numbers, but I’m still thinking about it.
