Sold A Bundle In 1 Day!
I'm excited to share I finally sold my two in one bundle with seller financing! The buyer messaged me the night before and in the morning a few times. She decided to call as soon as I got to work and we were in communication during the morning hours. When I got home, I sent the contract, she paid and we were both happy everything went smoothly. With all that being said, ITS POSSIBLE!!!๐Ÿ™ It feels like a domino effect right now and I am enjoying the ride for what's to come.

Exploring More Investor-Friendly LandBanks
Weโ€™ve been having some success with the Saginaw LandBank, but Iโ€™ve noticed that many other LandBanks require you to either: - Own an adjacent property - Have a development portfolio, or - Submit a building plan Those restrictions make it tougher for investors like us who just want to find solid, low-cost land opportunities. Question for the group: Do you know of any other low-cost, investor-friendly LandBanks that donโ€™t have those extra requirements? Would love to compare notes and see where else people are finding good opportunities.
Looking for Insight on Smaller Lot Purchases โ€“ Saginaw Land Bank
Hey everyone, Iโ€™m currently reviewing a few Saginaw Land Bank parcels and could use some community insight before moving forward with applications. Most of the available lots are around .16โ€“.17 acres, and Iโ€™m trying to determine whether these smaller parcels are ideal for purchase or if itโ€™s smarter to focus on larger lots that may offer more flexibility or resale potential. I understand itโ€™s important to confirm with Zoning what the minimum buildable lot size is and to ensure the setbacks and perimeter measurements meet local requirements. For those who have experience buying, selling, or developing through the Saginaw Land Bank: โœ… What lot sizes have you found to sell or build successfully? โœ… Do smaller lots (.16โ€“.17 acres) typically meet zoning and setback requirements? โœ… From your experience, do larger parcels tend to move faster or attract more buyers? Any advice, personal experience, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Pedro Santos

EXCITED TO BE HERE.
Hey everyone! My name is Pedro Santos from NYC. My goals are to flip land, grow cash reserves, and build mobile home parks. If anyone here is also on that path or has already reached these goals, I would greatly appreciate the connection. Thank you!
