I lost first then won $434. I'm still not near passing eval. And surely never put a stop loss a 100.00. It stopped me at a loss right before my profit started and I missed the profit. No worries ; a little troubled but yet not distressed; perplexed but not in despair; cast down but not destroyed!!!

When filling out the Property Purchase Application and it says reason of interest and you choose other. What do you write in the box for the reason? Do you say to flip the property or to have second home?? I'm not sure what to say. Thank you in advance!
