What has been the outcome — if you've ever tried to lock a contract up with a landlord who also happens to be a broker or real estate agent? If you've never done this, would you? Why or why not?

It's easy for us to overthink most of the time. We think we need this skill, and that knowledge, and this class or need to watch that video...But what we really need to do is confront our fears and use the knowledge we have already obtained to get to work! The best teacher is life, and with life you naturally gain experience.
