Letโ€™s be real, like seriously , if you not making offers every single day what the hell are you guys doing ? in this business no offers equal to no deals period . no Guru will save you, if you like buy all the courses in the world if you donโ€™t talk to people and make offers you will not close a deal. with that being said make it a goal beginning today make a minimum of 5 offers every single day no matter what rain or snow and you will thank me later.
Stay on that phone
90% of your time should be spent on prospecting calls, email , text , Driving for Dollar or what ever you can do to get in front of a seller thatโ€™s what you should focus on. everything else you focus on right now is BS

Quit hiding. Quit โ€œorganizing.โ€ Quit tweaking your CRM like itโ€™s going to magically make you money. Pick The Phone Up!!! Business does not reward planners. It rewards action takers. The deal you want isnโ€™t hiding in another YouTube video, a new script, or a fancy follow-up sequence. Itโ€™s sitting on the other side of a phone call youโ€™re avoiding. Conversations create income. Awkward calls create opportunity. Rejection builds skill. Every excuse you make to not call a lead is just fear wearing a productivity costume. So stop avoiding the work. Stop waiting to โ€œfeel ready.โ€ Stop lying to yourself about being busy. Dial. Have the conversation. Handle the objection. Move on to the next one.
