Good workout today
Had a good session today I am still 1 day behind so I did the Sunday workout today and enjoyed the variation Got a funny Instagram vs reality photo after the workout Here is my workout partner Summer posing for Instagram Second photo is after she head butted me because I hadn't fed her yet and the workout was taking too long 😂 Feeling stronger each day 💪 and starting to enjoy the early morning wakeups

Goals?
With the Open being over, I've been considering my strength and weaknesses, and how I can progress. On that note, I'm thinking of intentionally doing more heavy squatting in order to get a little stronger. Do you have any specific areas that you'd like to improve?
