πŸ‘‹Hay 5AMers❀️I'm a techno phobe!πŸ˜†but was πŸ€”what is the best way to set up a chat room/thread/WhatsApp or whatever thingy for us to drop into after Sunday recovery movement days? To chin wag, chat as a group for a few minutes, enabling us to share stories/life wins ect?? & Do you think this would be a nice idea??( Or is their already something we've got running that we can use and all navigate to after Sunday sessions?) ❀️

I completely missed this. I agree this would be a great idea. I do enjoy chin wagging ;) This should happen on Skool if we can convince others to join.
Homework
Every morning after we work out we talk about an hour of homework. This is sacred time that we carve out to work on our most important goals. You know, the ones that when you're on your deathbed, you'll regret not trying. If you're not acting on your goals, they're not going to happen. WHat goals are you working on during the hour of homework every morning?

Good workout today
Had a good session today I am still 1 day behind so I did the Sunday workout today and enjoyed the variation Got a funny Instagram vs reality photo after the workout Here is my workout partner Summer posing for Instagram Second photo is after she head butted me because I hadn't fed her yet and the workout was taking too long πŸ˜‚ Feeling stronger each day πŸ’ͺ and starting to enjoy the early morning wakeups
