Mine is to improve the YouTube Livestream by 1% every day. 37X better by the end of the year. Improvement compounds.

Sandbag Saturday
That was one hell of a workout! How are you guys feeling with the Sandbag Saturday Workouts? That's some real, functional training, that feels like being on the farm! If you haven't given it a go, here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/live/i40xJGeq2oQ How did it feel?

Feedback
I’m looking for feedback on how the program can be improved. Anything from the visual appearance, the audio quality, the programming, the explanations, the duration or pacing of the sessions….. Anything and everything is appreciated. My goal is to make this the most accessible free way to change your life towards the best version of yourself. Thanks in advance

@Valerie Page Love it. I'm always open to chat about goals. If you want to help me, join us for workouts and/or share with others :) Thanks Valerie!
AMRAP Monday
Instead of just dong EMOMs everyday, I was thinking about doing some AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) as well. This type of format will teach you how to pace yourself for different durations of intensity. Thoughts?

@Kamil Prokurat no way! It’s a great way to manage work and rest intervals and stay efficient

@Kamil Prokurat I use them for strength work too, but maybe every 2 minutes instead of every minute
