We pull inward, we dim our light, and we put on "masks" just to get through the day. ​But you aren't meant to stay frozen. ​I’m hosting an in-person event for our Belonging community here in [City Name]. This isn't a workshop to "fix" you or a seminar to "change" you. ​It’s a space to remember you. ​We are going to move, shake off the winter stress, and reconnect with that vibrant energy that usually gets buried under layers of wool and "to-do" lists. ​What to expect: ​Somatic Release: Shaking off the physical tension of the cold. ​Vibrant Connection: Real conversations that go beyond "How’s the weather?" ​The Belonging Frequency: A warm, Mexican-inspired atmosphere to ignite your inner spark. Come as you are. Leave feeling like yourself again.

Chequeo de energía en invierno
Últimamente he notado que muchas estamos cansadas… no el cansancio de “necesito una siesta”, sino uno más profundo. El que aparece cuando llevas demasiado tiempo sosteniéndolo todo. Si tu energía está baja en este momento, no estás rota. Tal vez solo estás siendo humana… en invierno. Aquí no hay nada que arreglar. Solo observar. ¿Cómo se siente tu cuerpo hoy? Una sola palabra es suficiente.
Your Body Knows
Rest doesn’t always restore energy. Sometimes what we’re tired of… is pretending we’re okay. Winter slows everything down — nature knows this. But we keep pushing our nervous system like it’s summer. Understanding stress is not the same as releasing it. And your body knows the difference.

Winter energy check-in
Lately I’ve been noticing how many of us are tired — not the “I need a nap” kind of tired…but a deeper one. The kind that comes from holding it together for too long. If your energy feels low right now, you’re not broken. You might just be human… in winter. No fixing here. Just noticing. How does your body feel today? One word is enough.
