We’ve talked a lot lately about how hard this Toronto winter has been on our nervous systems. Just like animals who hibernate, many of us have been carrying a heavy weight just to survive the cold and the dark.
But as the season begins to shift, how do we actually lift that weight without burning ourselves out?
