GOOOOAALLS! Post em here
I am a firm believer that when we write down our goals, we become more clear and motivated. When we SHARE our goals, we become more accountable. And the best part is that you'll get encouragement to stay on track! I do have a whole course on goal setting that will be up sometime, but for now, let's just start with some specific goals. I'd pick one to three goals from each of the pillars of MENTAL (movement, emotions, nutrition, time management, aspirations [you are here now], and lifeline [who's in your crew?]) - Make it small. Seriously. Make it something that you could sneeze and it would happen. - Make it specific: time, amount, detail, due date etc - Come back in a week and update with a new post! I am so excited to see what you guys are so capable of accomplishing. This also helps me to support the group better! Here we goal! (Yes. Yes I did that)

@Dana Andrews Yes . My gym has one it's all singing and dancing. I use it once a month and track it on Chatgpt The reason I don't measure is purely because I always forget I tend to go by clothes also. Do you prefer to measure. What's your thoughts on weighing in daily?

@Dana Andrews They are good I always try to do it at 8am in the beginning of the month . Wouldn't have eaten so trying to keep it the same, well as much as I can. Hopefully this month my muscle would of increased and fat gone down 🤞🏻

What tools and mindsets have helped you with time management? What have you tried that didn't work for you? I'd love to know so I can help in this area or learn some new tools too!

@Dana Andrews Thank you
Stress isn't the villain
Research shows reframing stress as “energy” boosts performance. ⚡ Stress isn’t always a negative thing. Research from Stanford shows reframing stress as energy instead of danger boosts resilience and performance. Next time your heart races before a speech, tell yourself, ‘This is energy helping me perform.’ That simple reframe actually changes your body’s response to stress. How do you reframe stress? Have you ever used stress to your advantage?

@Lou and Melanie Bourbeau . I love a good stress clean. That's the only time when stress works in my favour 😂
Can a diet change lift your mood?
Maybe!! Plants, olive oil, fish → fewer depressive symptoms. A Mediterranean-style pattern (veg, legumes, whole grains, nuts, olive oil, fish) consistently correlates with lower depression risk in meta-analyses, and trials like SMILES show clinically meaningful symptom drops when people receive food-based support. Dietitians love it for fiber, polyphenols, and healthy fats; nutritional psychiatrists highlight anti-inflammatory effects. Start by swapping one ultra-processed meal for a Mediterranean plate 3x/week and track mood for 4 weeks.

100% it can. I find that when eating processed food I feel sluggish and have very little energy. I try to eat as clean and natural as possible. By doing this I am less bloated, feel fresher and have a lot less windy 🌬️🤦🏻‍♀️🫣 which makes everyone else happy😂

@Dana Andrews Great yeah not a problem at all. Send me a message to what framework you would like me to use or give me tips. The sweetcorn I airfried 🤦🏻‍♀️ I burnt it. It took so long to go crispy , then burnt. I will try again. The chicken peas are ok, slightly dry but are definitely crunchy 😂
You're so close to leveling up!
And I mean that about the leaderboard haha. The only way we earn points here is by supporting each other. So if you post something and someone likes it - point! They comment on your post - point! They like your comment on someone else's post - point! There are several of you that are just ONE point away from unlocking the 7 day Brain Meal Plan, so make a post, go like and encourage someone else's post, welcome them to the community! Together we rise! 💜💪😀
