Dear All, I had the privilege of sharing my ramblings, my story, and my mission with you last Sunday. Thank you so much for showing up – your presence and support mean a great deal to me. I really hope you took something away from the session. If you did, I’d love to hear: - What landed for you? - What felt most helpful or eye‑opening? - Is there anything you’re already starting to do differently? I also want to be honest about my own process. I finished most of the slides at around 3am (classic procrastination!), and on the morning of the workshop I realised I hadn’t created any slides for my offer. So I only spoke about the free community, and the paid option will be announced soon. Lesson learned for next time: less last‑minute panic, more gentle preparation. I already have a few topics in mind for future workshops, but this space is for you as much as it is for me. What would you love me to talk about next? Are there specific struggles or questions around your health, body, food, or nature that you’d like support with? Share in the comments – it really helps me shape this space around what you actually need. Hi maan I really did enjoy the session on Sunday and as I’m in a health and wellness buisness myself I do understand about certain types of foods which affect our body, gut, mind and health. But what really stood out for me was the weetabix as I thought it was really healthy because it contains fibre and I was eating it as part of my healthy regime but I will be adding protein to it from now on.

Preparation for the Webinar
Hello Dear Ones! Have a look at the attached assessment tool. This will allow you to take a pause and really look at where you are in your life right now.Bear in mind that all areas of this wheel affect the others because they are all inter-connected. Have a look at your career. If you are not happy with where you are in your career, it is bound to affect your relationship with your partner or family. The same goes if you don’t have a great deal of good health, it is very difficult to socialise and meet new people because you do not have the energy and feel good enough to get out of the house. It is of vital important to understand all areas of life because if your relationships are really weak, that might impact your eating habits or your health which will impact your energy which will have a huge impact on your ability to grow your business. Without any further ado, look at the wheel of life (see attached). 1. This circle is is divided into segments: Health, Finances, Personal Growth, and etc. Give an honest score on your current level of satisfaction for each segment of 0 (completely unfulfilled) to 10 (fully satisfied). 2. Mark your scores on the corresponding spokes of the circle and then connect the dots to create a "wheel" shape. This visualises your current, often uneven work-life balance. 3. Analyse the resulting shape. A small or jagged wheel indicates areas needing attention. Consider which areas are most important to you right now. 4. Identify the 1–3 areas with the lowest scores or the highest priority for improvement. Define one small, specific, and realistic action for each to boost your score by at least one point in the next month.  Let me know if you have any questions or also once you have completed it!.
