Do I sound confident?” But after a few attempts, you realize most carriers are just regular people, not judges 😅. What helped me: 1. Keeping it simple, no fancy words 2. Not trying to sound like an expert 3. Focusing on learning, not closing Skill comes from practice, not confidence.Confidence comes after that. Im LIT! Got my first carrier in less than a month. She drives a Cargo Van in ATL! Really want a Flatbed but this is still a good start! Super excited to work with her and book my first LOAD!!
