Onboarded First Carrier
I just onboarded a box truck operator today! Super excited to build with them. I’m feeling that good nervous energy about locking in solid loads and showing up strong. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous LOL……

@Floyd Houston congratulations!! what do you feel was your hardest challenge in securing your first contract ?
$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨
@Tandra Hill got laid off from her job in May 2025… And in the last 30 days, she’s signed around 10 carriers and lined up ~$20,000/month in potential revenue dispatching trucks. Here’s how it happened 👇🏽 (NOTE: Full interview is posted below…) Just a few months ago, Tandra was a receiving supervisor at a hazardous waste plant. Her boss controlled: - Her schedule - Her income - And even the level of respect she got at work Then they “downsized”… and she was one of the people let go. She was tired of being replaceable and decided this time had to be different... Her first plan? Start a box truck company. She watched my YouTube videos, ran the numbers, and realized: Buying the truck + maintenance + all the startup costs would almost wipe out her savings and investments… …plus she didn’t even know how to drive a box truck yet. She didn’t want a careless risk. She wanted a calculated one. That’s when she pivoted to truck dispatching. She was already inside Dispatcher University (LITE), she saw the community + free course, and thought: “Let me actually give this dispatching thing a real shot.” So she took the risk and joined the paid Dispatcher University course + community. And here's what happened in the last 30 days... → She joined the "Dispatch Games" (our 30-day challenge to post content + run ads) → Watched the Week 4 Facebook Ads training inside the paid course → Set her ad budget (aimed to spend $500, capped at ~$600) → Used ChatGPT to create ad images + recorded one simple video → Ran the Facebook ads exactly how it’s taught inside Dispatcher University The result? → ~10 carriers signed in about 30 days → Roughly $20,000/month in potential revenue (once trials roll off) → So many carriers that she actually had to let a few go to focus on her core group No truck. No massive startup costs. No cold calling. Just one skill, one traffic source, and one decision to bet on herself. When I asked what she’d tell someone on the fence, her message was simple:
$20,000/month in just 30 days!! 😨

Happy Sunday
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Spent time with loved ones , caught up on some sleep, and just use today to layout your weekly blueprint. Back on the grind tomorrow. If you don’t mind me how far long are you ? What stages have you reach in your dispatching company ? Tomorrow I’m starting my cold calling , running some ads on my social media pages , I just got my company hoodie in the mail , since I know I’m not good in front of a camera I went on fiverr paid a spokesperson to do my videos for me idk how it’s going benefit me but I’m the type of I’m not good at something well not my strength I’ll try put someone in place there
Happy Sunday

@Karen Davis good afternoon okay welcome aboard , it’s a lot of opportunities within this industry stay focused stay consistent. So I use fiverr for everything almost when it comes to marketing , I definitely got some flyers and ads made that I got printed out and that I use on my social media platforms, for the videos on the site I got a spokesperson to do the video for me . Put some job post on marketplace and if you can or have extra couple $$ do a quick indeed job post or zip recruiter
Rise and Grind
I was just commenting on one of the good brothers posts and it got me to thinking. I know we do use to texting/emailing I want us all to focus in on calling make the experience more meaningful, allow them to feel your passion , allow them to feel that energy. The good brother made a good point make those phone calls.

@Mykel Farr that’s what we need more individuals like your self . Like I tell people all the time no one can do anything on they own I don’t care how we look at it we need help along the way . In some way shape or form.
Things I’ve learned today Cold Calling/Emailing Leads
Things I learned today. Can’t copy and paste every email. Gotta type them shits out. The computer knows when you do it and will reject it as spam. Gatekeepers are only gatekeepers if they don’t like you. Make them like you right from the start. They’ll tell you everything you wanna know. The sales department relates to you as a salesman feels for you for your hustle and will readily give you information and point you in the right direction. Just because you have an email that goes directly to the person does not guarantee a response. Phone calling is still better than emailing. Unless they are a warm lead, and you have already built rapport.

@Mykel Farr that’s a fact though phone calling is always better than a email. One thing we know a phone call is personable , email is emotionless can easily be misinterpreted. That goes for in everyday life , as a society we went from talking on the phone all the time to not texting all the time. We can see the affects it has on us .
