👋 Hi, I’m Yawar! I live in Pakistan and I plan on making $10K+ per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. learning how to find loads and negotiate with brokers  2. getting tips on how to manage and scale the business 3. making connections with dispatchers across the world For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. spending time with family 2. exploring the world 3. learning new things.

Dispatching isn’t scary, it’s just unfamiliar. The first few calls/messages feel awkward because your brain is like:“Am I saying this right? Do I sound confident?” But after a few attempts, you realize most carriers are just regular people, not judges 😅. What helped me: 1. Keeping it simple, no fancy words 2. Not trying to sound like an expert 3. Focusing on learning, not closing Skill comes from practice, not confidence.Confidence comes after that. If you’re new and feel uncomfortable, that means you’re actually doing the work. Who else is in their early learning phase? 👋
