Sample meal days
Good afternoon! For anyone who has been able to dive into the macro-based portion of the program, I have created and uploaded 3 "sample days" of meal ideas with a minimum of 130g+ grams of protein and 25+ grams of fiber for balanced blood sugar ideas.

@Cait Hoyler Thank you, these are helpful! I am a snacker so I do try to eat smaller portions of meals so that I can have a snack in the AM and PM...IDK if it's a habit or needed, but I try to make it happen. Most days I carry an RX bar for protein. Another thing I'll have sometimes is berries and a beef jerky stick.
Fasting
Has anyone tried any sort of fasting protocol?

I typically go 12-14 hours without food. 6:30pm-8:30 am (ish)

Still doing liver cleanse until my gut supplements arrive. I feel way less lethargic when I'm able to get up and walk two times a day. Been able to stick with no coffee and no gluten/dairy or red meats for the whole time. It's been hard but getting me to be creative wtih my foods and options that are around me.

@Karissa Cutler The past two days that I've had LMNT and in the mornings after I've drank it...IDK if it's LMNT or just all the supplements. And getting used to them.
