About Long-Term Collaboration (Remote, Part-Time)
Hello everyone How are you doing well? I'm a software developer with over eight years of experience, including freelance projects and remote positions with companies(US, Canada, Europe). Most of my work has come through Upwork, where I've had the opportunity to build web applications and software solutions for clients across a variety of industries. As my experience has grown, I've become increasingly interested in long-term collaborations and larger, more challenging projects with an international reach. For the past few years, I worked with a people based in Texas, US. He(Filipino-American) focused on client communication and discovery calls while I was responsible for technical planning, software architecture, and full-stack development. This arrangement allowed each of us to focus on our strengths, and together we successfully delivered multiple projects. Through close collaboration, we successfully secured a remote position with a U.S. company. The journey wasn't easy, but our success was the result of consistent effort, perseverance, and mutual trust. Our collaboration recently came to an end after he accepted a full-time position with one of our long-term clients. One of the reasons I'm reaching out is that, although my technical experience has grown significantly, independent my work can still be limited by geography and professional networks. If you are interested in this suggestion, I'd like to discuss more details thank

G'day! 👋 I’d recommend keeping the tags tied to the specific actions you want Meta to track. The lead tag should go on the page where the lead conversion happens. If the thank-you page means the lead has successfully completed the form, that’s a good place to track the lead conversion. For the scheduling event, you can also add a separate schedule/conversion tag to the thank-you or booking confirmation page if that page specifically represents a completed booking. It shouldn’t confuse Meta as long as each event is configured separately and represents a different action. The important part is making sure you’re not firing the same conversion event multiple times for a single action. and in addtion if yo are interested my collaboration suggetion, let us discuss more details
Keeping Myself Small
You've said it a hundred times (likely more), but something about today made it resonate. In your Coaches Life Lab presentation you talked about the goal for $10k a month being outdated. It was ideal 20 years ago, but the reality of inflation is that $50k a month is more realistic, and should be the MINIMUM goal now. The way you said it made me realize that in thinking $10k a month was a good goal, I'm telling myself small. I'm worth so much more. $10k a month is only $120k a year, which doesn't go very far in 2026. So I'm finally making the mindset shift. I'm worth more than $10k a month.

10 Insights from Synthesizer Mastermind
I just got back from Andrew Kirby & Aiden'a Synthesizers Mastermind in LA. a room full of the top Skool community builders doing $100K-$900K+/month. I placed 9th in their recent 100 competition and walked away with 10 insights that are going to change how I run my business. Idea #4 and #10 are pretty cool

Question
Do you think starting a free group and having another separate paid group is better than having a freemium group with paid tiers? If so why or why not?
