Is it self improvement if you use AI?
This morning i used Claude Pro to create a universal framework for becoming the best man you can be. (Attached text file) Then I had it create an HTML tracker, using this document for reference.) For me to personal track all 10 domains. (Im currently a 7.5 overall) Have a read over. If you like it, copy/paste the txt file into your favorite LLM and use it for your own self improvement journey... powered by AI! Ask it to make a personal tracker for you. Get it to create action plans for you to achieve your goals, a spreadsheet to track them, a diet plan, a workout schedule... whatever! AI is just a tool. Figure out how to use it to make your life better. Im discovering new ways everyday Caveat. While it is universal, this framework was designed with the OODA loop in mind. It begins by honestly Observing yourself, Orienting your focus on specific areas to improve, Deciding exactly how to improve (real measurable steps), and putting that into Action. You need to be honest and you need to actually do the work! Now, go read the text file, and OODA loop your way into a better man

@Christopher Lavis it's clear that you were never interested in the answer to your original question, nor are you willing to listen to opinions that do not support your original desires. You shouldn't ask questions you don't want answered.

@Riley Webber It's clear that you aren't willing to hear something you haven't said. Have a grand day.

That's a helluva look!
Be careful who you let be your guru
I see a lot of quotations on here (I often post them myself), and a good word from our elders can go a long way. However, I see many people quoted on the internet and here on this site that we should be cautious of. I was once warned that "you should be careful who you let be your guru because they will talk to your subconscious mind" by the very man I should have stayed away from. Because of this man I am disabled and have lost the ability to engage with a lot of the things I have loved most in the world. Many of the people quoted in these posts are purposely leading men down a dark path so that once you have gone far enough you won't believe you can get back so you have to keep following them. It's how cults work. In just a few days I have seen the following types of people quoted: healthcare conspiracy theorists misogynists sex criminals snake oil salesmen and friends of Jeffery Epstein. I won't be naming any of these people because I do not want gents who posted to quotes to receive any backlash. Let's just be more intentional moving forward.

@Robert Woodhouse it's often a Venn Diagram. Many (not all but many) of the hustle culture guys have ulterior motives. I always ask myself "Why is *this* person telling me *this* specific thing? What do they gain from this?"
Would You Follow Seasonal Color Trends?
Would you go for the trending colors of the season just because they’re “in”? For example, burgundy is everywhere this winter. Do you pick it up purely for the trend, or do you stick to colors that actually fit your style and wardrobe? I’m curious — when it comes to personal style, how much weight do you give to seasonal trends versus timeless choices?

I am always a year early or a year late to trends. I don't have the capital nor space to chase anything.
Suit for wedding
Hey guys, firstly sorry for my absence, I do however have a very important question. My brother in a couple of months will get married and he's decided that the dress color tone will be nature style color, not much into the lightweight color, but however I do have doubts and questions about 2 of the styles. Both of them are very good to be honest and I'm most into the second style. Furthermore, I do think that seeing both of them on real photos than from the posts on Pinterest. So, any advice, opinion and feedback?

The first one would be my choice. it has a nice wide lapel and looks to fit the model better overall. The second one looks waaaay to tight and like it is AI generated. That suit probably doesn't actually exist.
