GREETINGS TEAM! Exciting News! ⚔️💯 Tomorrow is our first team challenge day and the teams will be competing in SQUAT CHALLENGE. These challenges are more mental then physical. It is going to require you to set a GOAL and dig deep to achieve it no matter what. This is the art of showing up for yourself and for your team. This is going to be a promise you make to yourself and to your team. The opportunity to set a goal that scares you and to take yourself into deep water and challenge yourself ON YOUR OWN TERMS ❤️ So here's how it's going to go. Challenge Starts: 12 midnight and will be for 24 hours. RULES ⚔️ The team that gets the most RECORDED squats WINS. - Please keep in mind. DO THEM PROPERLY. You will be required to record all of your squats IN TIMELAPSE (For smaller file size) AND post your videos and your total in the chat!
