What gets you out of bed in the morning? What are yalls morning routines? How early do you get up? Do you get tired in the afternoon or evening? What rhythms have you mastered? I have always generally been a morning person but for the past three months I have been consistently getting up at 4:30 and I’m addicted. The thinking time, the better workouts, the clarity I have when I hit the day cause it’s on my terms, it’s just gold. The system made it work, then how good it made me feel made me want to keep doing it. The system was a very clear checklist the night before: - plug in all devices, stowed away in another room, - prep the coffee pot to go off at 4:28, - chug a glass of water and set another one out to chug in the AM… - …next to the alarm on my phone that’s in another room. - Pray, read, journal —> bed I have a checklist for the AM too but I found the night before was the most important part for me.
