Adv+ ads show ads to 65+ age group. Since manual age groups preferably end at 64, should we implement a down bid Value Rule for this age group also?

Adv+ Experiment: Cmpn Errors & no "Add Value Rule" Option in Ad Set
I've been using manual audiences and after yesterday's class with Mal, I decided to add an Adv+ ad set to an existing campaign, duplicating all ads in the new Adv+ ad set. There was only 1 ad set in this campaign before I added this new ad set. I set up one book per campaign. There is now an error on the campaign. The Ad set has an error and also: - has accelerated delivery turned on - cannot untick the box - no value rule option The error message on the ad set does not make sense because I have not done what it says I've done. Should I just delete this ad set, set up a new campaign and the new ad set there?

@Malorie Cooper I created a new campaign, with one ADV+ adset and all's good. The men at 90% lower cost has kept the share shown to men to 1% of total. Do you also put a bid reduction on age over 65? It's showing to 65+ age group again.

I'm interested in the the choice of text and description accompanying the creative. For text, should just one choice, an extract for the book be included? Would it hurt finding the right audience if I added the blurb as text option 2 and a super short blurb plus trope list for text option 3? And for the description, do you just add the long cut/paste info into description field 1, and leave the remaining 4 slots blank? Or fill the other 4 slots with customized mix of tropes/hooks for sub-groups of personas. Thanks!
