Is Knowing a cash buyer good to promote
If a person know a cash buyer that buys in one city is that worth promoting. Like you have their cell number and have talked to them? But the cash buyer will only buy in one city? Just curious

Yes. Im currently working with End buyer/ Contractor in Oklahoma and ask for specific zip codes as to where Buyer has bought in and areas where to stay away from. Rapport is build, and Buyer now knows that you are bird dogging and have their interest when searching for properties. I ask specifics, price point, # bed , baths, sqft...year built...type of rehab budget..How fast can you close when title is clear....Buyers will tend to send you more info such as their previous deals and just vett them as well. I will let you know how as Im in search for his critiera.
