Missed checking in last night. Only goal hit was exercise with 2 hour practice. Work was non stop. Low carbs but no where near my protein. Reset today!

48 carbs 74 protein 47 oz water Practice 2 hours I’m tired….sorry so late with my check in.

@Jennifer Brown I’ve been drinking premiere protein shakes twice a day. The chocolate one is really good.
2/19 Thursday
94 carbs 74 protein 50 oz water Practice tonight - broke a sweat :) Wanted more protein but can’t drink or eat anymore tonight. Reset tomorrow.
2/18 Wednesday
Over on carbs but still ok 111. Protein at 77 and hit about 50 oz of water!!
